I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch after a long day. a significant downside was the lack of a refrigerator, leading to wasted food. I also noticed no air conditioning, forcing me to open windows, which allowed some street noise inside. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but their responsiveness to specific requests for room amenities could improve. It felt like they weren't fully engaged in providing solutions during my stay. Parking was quite convenient, which I found helpful.

Had a right nice stay, proper clean rooms and comfy beds, I was buzzin! The staff were sound, couldn’t do enough for me. Only downside was the parking, bit tricky with limited spaces. Still, I’d be back in a heartbeat!

had a wonderful stay at the best western! the location is perfect, right in the city centre, making everything super accessible. the staff were really friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. our room was nice and clean, like the photos showed, and quite comfy. breakfast was a treat with soft piano music setting a nice vibe.

A mild critique would be the kettle situation. it took a bit to get sorted out.

The absence of a bar or restaurant is a significant buzzkill!!! Limited parking options can lead to frustration when returning after a long day!!! The slow lift operations make hauling luggage unnecessarily tedious!!!

Had a blast staying here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. We explored the town and visited Reebok Stadium and Ewood Park, both nearby.
