The hotel is just a short walk from Waves Water Fun Centre and Ewood Park, making it a fantastic spot for anyone who loves to explore while enjoying some greenery and leisure activities. I've had a great stay with friendly staff who welcomed me warmly during my arrival.

I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch after a long day. a significant downside was the lack of a refrigerator, leading to wasted food. I also noticed no air conditioning, forcing me to open windows, which allowed some street noise inside. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but their responsiveness to specific requests for room amenities could improve. It felt like they weren't fully engaged in providing solutions during my stay. Parking was quite convenient, which I found helpful.

The absence of a bar or restaurant is a significant buzzkill!!! Limited parking options can lead to frustration when returning after a long day!!! The slow lift operations make hauling luggage unnecessarily tedious!!!

Had a blast staying here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. We explored the town and visited Reebok Stadium and Ewood Park, both nearby. Our room was clean and comfy, with all the essentials. Parking was easy, which made our trip stress-free. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway with friends!
